THE SADDEST GIRL IN THE WORLD

Donna qualified as a nurse and married another nurse, a lovely young man, very caring and considerate. They have two children and we see them all at least once a year, usually around Christmas time.  She is still in touch with Emily and Kerry but also has new friends she met while studying and nursing. She is no longer the saddest girl but laughs and smiles easily.

Donna wanted her daughters to have some awareness of her own family and has taken the children to see her mother a few times. She also maintains some contact with her siblings. She no longer tears up paper so she can sweep it up because as she says she has enough housework to do already!
